Having 9 bedrooms in total we are able to take small groups up to a maximum of 21 guests in total.

We have 3 Twin, 5 Double and 1 Family room (1 double bed & 2 single beds), all ensuite with showers. (1 twin has a bath tub with a shower over).

One Twin room can take an extra single bed or Travel cot.

Another Twin room can take a travel cot.

Group Bookings are tariffed as follows:

Group discounts require a group size of 12 guests minimum and require a minimum 2 night stay.

Group bookings receive an extra £1 per person per night discount.

Non-refundable deposits are required for all group bookings.
